RECVRcbd does not accept returns on product unless sold directly from our website. ALL returns MUST have an RMA number and shipped back via a traceable method.
We do not issue refunds or returns for damage caused by shipping but will attempt work with you and the shipper to correct the issue.
What if I think I received a defective product?
We’re on it when it comes to quality assurance. Should you feel that you received a defective product email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a photo of the product in question with both the front and back of the label, date purchased, or our order number, and a copy of your receipt. Include the reason for your unhappiness, and we’ll take a look.
We will email you instructions on our findings and if necessary how to proceed. We may at our sole discretion decide to replace the product in question, issue a refund, or reject your claim.
1 – If we decide to replace the product in question and do not request the product in question sent back your replacement order will be shipped within 5 business days of our notification to you.
2- If we request the product to be returned we will issue an RMA for you to use to send the product in question back. Your replacement order will be shipped within 5 business days of us receiving the product in question back. All shipping charges related to returning product are the responsibility of the customer. ALL returned product MUST have the RMA clearly written on the package and be sent via a traceable method.
Any product shipped back to RECVR NUTRITION without an RMA number AND via traceable method will be destroyed and no replacement product or refund will be issued.
3 – If we decide to issue a refund your refund will be processed within 10 business days and refunded to the card used to make the original purchase.
